Integrated Circuits

We design a broad variety of RF, analog, mixed-signal, and digital CMOS integrated circuits. Our design portfolio includes lumped, wave-based, and mode-locked self-sustained oscillators, phase-locked loops (PLLs), delay-locked loops (DLLs), frequency synthesizers, temperature sensors for microprocessor thermal profiling, and analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with digital background calibration at the building block level and RF transceivers for wireless communication and NMR biomolecular spectroscopy, and active micro/nano electrode arrays for neuro/cardiac-electrophysiology and for DNA detection, synthesis, and sequencing at the system level.
