Beyond-CMOS Electronics

We study electron transport, spin dynamics, topological order, correlated electron behavior, collective excitations, and ionic transport in nanoscale, low-dimensional, quantum, and solid-state ionic materials of varying constructs and utilize them for applications in ultra-subwavelength plasmonics, nano-bio interfaces, solid-state electrochemistry, high resolution image sensing, in-memory computing, and neuromorphic engineering.
